Plenty of free and paid amenities available including a DJ, karaoke and dual microphone system, multiple projectors including a 120” projection over the pool, kiddie pool, photography and video including drone shots, tables and chairs, wheelchair accessible, games, etc. Rental includes access to a blocked-off in-home bathroom but access to any other parts of the house is prohibited. For parties over 10 guests a google form including liability waiver will be required to be filled out before rental. Absolutely no more guests that booked - do not test this. You won’t be disappointed!
