About the yard

One of a kind backyard. Large and Spacious. Very large grass area perfect for kids to run around, kick a soccer ball or throw a baseball. Very Private with huge trees. Ample space that is good for parties or just relaxing by the pool. If you need your own private pool or space to cool down this summer, you have found the perfect space. Located 1.5 miles and a 5 minute drive from Disneyland. The pool has a shallow area and a deep diving area. Shade and Umbrellas provided. Comfortable seating for 12-16 people. You can bring your own barbecue if desired. You can also reserve this space for birthday and parties and include a jumper, tables and chairs and your own decoration. Also, bring your speaker, cooler, snacks, and kick back and relax,. My hope is that my available space will be a blessing for you and myself. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions. Mandatory For parties larger than 15 guests, there is a refundable cleaning fee. If you leave the place as you found, no trash behind, nothing broken, the fee is refunded. I can accept up to two large trash bags. Extra trash is charged. Message me if you have any questions.

No pets allowed in the swimming pool. Do not dispose any loose trash in the garbage cans - always use a plastic bag. Do not pour drinks in the pool. Pick up any dog poop. You reservation ends promptly at your reserved time, no free extensions. Please have the property cleaned and vacated by the end of your reserved time. Any time overages will be charged. Parties larger than 15 people require a mandatory $180 deposit that will be refunded if the property is left clean as you found it. ...
