The 40x15 feet saltwater pool offers year-round comfort, with adjustable heating and cooling options (refreshing when its 100+ degrees out!). Its automatic cover keeps it clean and safe, while the 5-foot depth provides ample space for enjoyment. Adjacent is a deluxe hot tub with invigorating jets. Step into the pool house through 12-foot doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, perfect for culinary delights. Enjoy entertainment with a TV and surround sound audio system, creating an immersive experience. There is a full bathroom, shower, changing bench, toilet, washer and dryer. Experience the epitome of relaxation and entertainment in our pool house and pool—a sanctuary designed for unforgettable moments.
