Firepit that includes the chairs, wood, and grilling sticks for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, etc, and lg. propane grill with the free use of a grilling fork, spatula and towel, lawn games, and we have free extra tables if needed. Please note: The following is NOT allowed on the premises: Alcohol, Vaping, Smoking, or Marijuana. The extra amenities include the grill and the firepit. $5 ea, flat fee. (Included w the firepit is the wood to burn, and grilling sticks for your use). Bluetooth speaker is free to use while here. Also we have a cornhole game and badminton set free for your use while here. Just let us know if you'd like to use them.
