We have the best backyard in this community featuring a large 20x40 pool 3- feet to 8 feet, large backyard and tall shrubs. Well maintained backyard with so many free amenities to offer for kids, teenagers and adults. Don’t miss out on this beautiful place to cool off this summer or host your kids party, baby shower, bridal parties, or JUST SWIMPLY quick get-away.

Six fool arm floats 6 months up to 5 years old and a dozen of adults floats to use to chill laying down or sitting up. No need to bring yours

Large deck with seating area, comes with 2 large chairs, sofa table, end tables and egg chair. You are responsible of cleaning up including the deck. Please no smoking. Broom and cleaning supplies will be provided.
