Beautiful private pool with pool heater and kiddie pool area as well as nice mix of shade and sun. Pool umbrella and nice patio chairs with access to Pool House with bath, shower, AC, refrigerator and more. Ideal for working while your family swims or hosting birthday and other parties. Lost of parking in driveway as well as on street. Outdoor pool TV for watching the games. Optional Hot Tub for additional fee.
