Check out our virtual tour https://swimplyl.ink/TT18JUKINK Welcome to our fabulous Swimming Pool and Tennis Court oasis! This 1/2 acre, 1964 Midcentury Estate is nestled in Friendly Hills. The landscape is lush and features an abundance of seating. The pool is 10 feet deep with a diving board and a slide. A tennis court is also available. Our property has a private full bathroom & shower, NOT AN OUTHOUSE or CAMP TOILET. This is a saltwater pool, surrounded by over 20 palm trees. There are 6 umbrellas to accommodate those who want more shade. Lounge chairs are covered with freshly laundered, 5-star hotel terrycloth lounge covers and the changing room, tables, chairs and bar areas are sanitized. Grab a racquet hit some balls on our court which has views to Newport Beach and the coast. There is a long driveway and there are stairs to the house, pool and tennis court. 3 hour minimum.
