This gorgeous layout comes equipped with internet access, changing area, tanning chairs, a grill, refrigerators (one on the deck) for rent, and pool toys. Use the spacious backyard grass area to play some outdoor activities such corn hole, soccer, hoola hoop, and enjoy the evening in a cozy outdoor area with fire pits for toasting marshmallow's!! Full backyard renovation occurred in September 2022. Host your child's birthday party, baby shower, gender reveal, graduation, mom's 50th, swim practice, work events, work remotely, host a party just because. Family/kid friendly pool/backyard area. We can also provide folding tables and chairs and set the yard up just right for your gathering. I allow decorations for all events to be set up such as balloons, balloon arches, and so much more. Deck area is an additional cost as an amenity. Unwind and enjoy life in the backyard. Have a fun time with friends and family. Adhere to hosts rules.
