Secret City Oasis, on the Red Line!

Walk down the garden path and through the gate into a whole other world! Private space fully surrounded by a 6-foot fence covered in mature grape vines, right in the middle of the city, just two blocks from the Red Line. Lots of seating, including a sofa and picnic table with umbrella—seating for up to 14 by the pool. Comes with pool toys (let us know if you want toys for younger kids, and we’ll inflate them before you come) and an outdoor rainfall shower. Great for gatherings and parties! Upgrade the reservation with the grill, hot tub, and fire pit with a separate seating area. Weekend bookings: 2 hr minimum. If you only see shorter time frames available contact us and we may be able to accommodate. Pool has morning sun until 1pm, is shady until 5pm, and gets some evening sun. We can accommodate groups up to 40 using the whole yard (the hourly price for groups over 20 includes the seating area by the fire pit)—3-hour minimum. For over 30 people, we ask that parties end by 9pm (8pm on weekdays). Please note that due to the size of the yard and available bathroom facilities, we are unable to accommodate parties over 40 people. The pool is unheated and is currently high 70s to low 80s but can trend up with a few sunny days. Check with us for the most up to date temp if you have questions. Please note that the pool is very private but may be visible from the upper floors of surrounding houses. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit are closer to our house and less private.
