Enjoy our backyard oasis including , large grassy spaces, 12x20 covered pavilion. diving board, basketball hoop, putting green, large chess and checkers game, sun shelf and so much more! For groups over 10, please send a description of what type of event you are planning so I know what to expect if it's approved.

No illegal substances allowed, no eating, drinking, or smoking in the pool. No glass around the pool area, no tanning oil. Swim diapers are required for infants and toddlers (not potty trained). Hot tub is for private use only and not available to renters. If you have more garbage than the trash can will hold please take it with you. We are a family home and expect guests to treat our space with the utmost respect. Clean up after yourself and leave the space in the same condition you received...
