About the pool

Saltwater

18 ft by 40 ft

4 ft to 9 ft deep

Outdoor

Resort-like 2+ acre fenced in property immersed in nature. Spectacular views of the bay from Oakland to Mt Tam are impossible to describe or photograph.

Shel Silverstein wrote of "sunny San Ra[f]ael" microclimate, 5-10F warmer when SF/EB/Marin fogged in.

Large 18x40 ft, 4-9ft deep diveable pool, now HEATED and SALT water!

Large 6 person hot tub overlooking pool, ozone sanitized (minimal chlorine).

Garden sauna and cold plunge ($+) (can be booked by itself in other listing)

Rec room with movie theater and bar ($+) Please book rec room at least 24 hours in advance so it can be ready.

Nudity permitted.

Mobility disclosure: Many outdoor stairs thru garden to reach pool. Sauna / cold plunge is halfway down

Note: The pool is currently below 80°F, which means it is not heated. We do offer pool heating for an additional cost, depending on your preferred temperature.

Please check our premium amenities and add the heating option to your booking if you’d like the pool to be heated—otherwise, it will remain unheated. Note that the heating amenity requires at least one day’s notice; without prior notice, we won’t be able to heat the pool in time for your arrival.

Rec room with bar, movie room, and deck overlooking pool and sauna, one level up from hot tub. Drop down projector screen, full black out curtains, THX sound. Large Love Sac cuddle couch.
