I don’t rent my grill, but you’re welcome to bring a gas grill only, not an electric or charcoal grill.

I can’t rent the pool for just a few hours in the middle of the day and risk losing an entire day’s rental. The available rental time is 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Unfortunately, I can’t do 2 or 3 hours in the middle of a day. It has to be in the beginning or the end of the day.

This pool is 12x30, the deep end is 10 feet deep. This pool is made of concrete and it has some discoloration around the edges but is not mold it just need a new paint job. The water is always clean and very well maintained. Current water temperature is 85-90 degrees.

READ ALL RULES BEFORE BOOKING I do have cameras in front of the house but not in the pool Area. I wont take any bookings for a few hours in the middle of the day. 1. Do not bring your own speakers. And do not bring any Pets. The only speakers that is permitted is the one we have for rent, for $15 dollars. Floaties are $5 2.
