Whether you want to lounge poolside, swim laps, or grill with the family, this space is designed for ultimate relaxation. ​🏊‍♂️ Pool Features & Amenities ​Easy Access: 3-step corner walk-in steps at the shallow end and 1 ladder at the deep end. ​Water Depth: A comfortable 32” shallow end, perfect for lounging. ​Safety First: Features a 10-inch safety ledge around the entire perimeter of the pool. ​Complimentary Extras: Several pool floats, water shooters, and float/swim vests for smaller kids are included. ​Toddler Friendly: A small kiddie pool can be provided upon request (prior notice required). ​🌴 Lounge & Outdoor Space ​Brand New Deck: Beautiful new grey paver deck surrounding the entire pool. ​Ample Seating: A large paver patio area featuring: ​4 comfortable lounge chairs with an umbrella ​1 high-top table with an umbrella and 4 high chairs ​4 additional low chairs ​Relaxation & Sun: Access to a relaxing hammock and a spacious grass lawn area perfect for soaking up the sun. ​🍔 Add-Ons & Dining ​Gas BBQ Grill: Available for use with all necessary grilling tools included.
