Music allowed until 9pm. Absolutely no glass in or near pool. Please clean up after yourself. Put any trash and recycling in the provided bins. Short hair dogs allowed ($30 additional fee per pet). Sorry, no long haired dogs. Renter MUST get my approval before bringing a dog so that can be sure the pool will be clean for the next guest. Propane grill available ($15 additional fee). By confirming booking, guests acknowledge that hosts are not liable for any injuries that happen on the property.
