Heated Pool

Must request minimum of 3 days in advance to have pool heated. Pool temp will be heated to minimum 80*. Outside temp must be minimum 50* to heat pool (day & night).

Hot Tub

Hot tub jets will be on. If you would like hot tub heated to 95* then unable to run pool waterfalls.

Access to pool shack for countertop food serving area. Cleaning supplies provided for clean-up when finished.

Popcorn machine with 1 batch of popcorn kernels. Makes approx 6 single serving bags. Additional bags available (add via additional amenity)

Use of overhead cafe lights for nighttime rental. Can set to all white, color pattern, or rainbow.

Set up/Clean up

May arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time for set up & stay 30 minutes after for clean up. Maximum 5 people for set up. No swimming during this time.
