About the pool

This entire backyard is perfect for an adult or kid/teen party or just a couple's getaway. Looking for a movie in the park experience this yard space will not let you down. All amenities for all occasions! Saltwater Pool: 18 x 38 with a Baja deck which is perfect for lounging or a kid's play area with an umbrella! The pool is almost 12' deep (no diving, but canon balls are allowed). Lounge area with TV: Seats 6 people available. Relax under the shade and watch some outdoor TV. Dining Table: Seats 6 people and plenty of space to add tables and chairs for a larger event. BBQ: High-end 6 burner available. Bluetooth Speaker. Easy Access and a lot of street parking are available. Outdoor lighting Pool Lighting. A trash bin will be available. A cooler will be available for drinks. Separate entry. Complete privacy. Portable restroom is VIP flushable looks like a bathroom not a portable.
