This private 17,000 gallon, in ground Pool has a brand new liner and is surrounded by comfortable furniture and loungers... with the grill & sunroom optional add ons, it's the perfect spot for a BBQ Pool Party or any evening soirée.

Licensed Lifeguard

a dedicated lifeguard is required for all parties with small children or any kids under 16... my nephew is one and can be booked through me. You're also welcome to book your own, but it is required if there will be anyone under 16 at the pool.

This Charming Sunroom opens to the Outdoor Living Room & is Air conditioned... it has the perfect view of the Pool area to watch everything going on.

• A Licensed Lifeguard is required for any parties that have kids under 16... it is an optional add on to book our nephew if you'd like us to arrange for you • Dry off before using the bathroom • Clean up after yourselves... leave no trace • No Running around Pool • No Rough-housing or Craziness • No Glass or Food in Pool Area • Glass & Food need to stay in BBQ area and the table by the pool, Not all over please. • we provide and trash can and a recycle bin next to the pool area
