Ideal for birthday parties, family gatherings, and social events. Features a large sun shelf for shallow water play or tanning. Umbrellas can be installed over sun shelf for extra shade. In-ground lights illuminate pool at night.

Lovely covered patio with overhead fan has dining space for six people. Additional table and chairs poolside. Hammock and chaise loungers to enjoy. HUGE yard with ample room for recreational sports and games. Gas grill and utensils provided.

We have a HUGE yard which is perfect for tossing a football or playing soccer. Our porch has a large saucer swing for children. There is a large enclosed trampoline in the yard (but note that use of trampolines is not covered by host or Swimply’s guarantee).

NO GLASS PERMITTED. Use the restroom facilities provided. Swimmers under 3 should wear double swim diapers.
