Situated between the Chattahoochee River and exclusive Berkeley Lake is this immaculately maintained private swimming pool with attached Brazilian wood deck, screened in Cedar wood sun room, well manicured Zoysia grass yard, and real wood burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Come take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear and perfectly balanced blue water while having some fun in the sun with friends, family, and pets (dogs are allowed to swim too). Or simply enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway from it all. Most amenities are complimentary or can be provided upon request for a small additional charge. This is truly the perfect place to beat the Georgia heat so reserve now!
