About the pool

Ready for swim time ! New built home and pool. Clean, private, and enclosed with a 6ft privact fence. Empty lots on both sides with birds and a relaxing nature space. Brand new 15 x 30 curvy saltwater pool Heated water available as an added amenity ( 2 days notice required) Swim out ledge . Plenty of parking. FREE use of grill with any rental of 3 hours or more. Use of bathroom inside of house, Guardian must accompany children to bathroom.

Heated swimming pool. Flat fee for heated swim water for the duration of your pool time. PLEASE NOTE: Minimum 2 days advanced notice required to heat the pool prior to your swim time.

No hard liquor. Beer and Wine ok. No ticketed parties. Please message me before booking a party, I can help coordinate it. It is the renters' responsibility to monitor children and members of their group. No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk. Due to the cost of heating the pool, no cancelation or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of reservation will be approved. The only exception will be rain at our location.
