About the pool
This fantastic outdoor space offers a 12 ft x 24 ft rectangular shape pool. Steps to enter lead you into approx 3 1/2 feet deep and the deepest end 5 1/2 feet deep with a relaxing built in bench to lounge at the opposite end. There is a large covered patio adjacent to the pool that has a dining table with 6 seats and a sitting area with two small sofas and three rocking chairs.

Heated Pool
Heating is possible to warm the pool. It is $60 for the day and takes approx 4 hours to warm this would need to be arranged prior to arrival to ensure a warm pool.
Grill
It is half propane and half charcoal
Towels
We provide 5 towels after use please leave them out on patio table.
Pool Toys
We have a large variety of floaties including a floating basketball rim and ball.
WiFi
Patio TV
It is a TV with an antenna for local channels. If you are looking for cable etc please bring a ROKU to plug in for use.

All pets must be approved by owner and a pet fee and or deposit will apply. Any smoking outside must be done AWAY from the patio and disposed off properly in an ashtray and thrown away at departure in a bag. NO Glassware by the pool. All guests must know how to swim and abide by ALL rules posted such as NO running, NO diving and know that ALL are swimming at their own risk and that there will NOT be a lifeguard on duty.
