Come enjoy our beautiful backyard pool surrounded by green giant trees. Plenty of comfortable seating, a hammock, fire pit, a pellet grill and Alexa music available for a perfect day by the pool!

*NO Pets are allowed, unfortunately. **Only the number of people booked are allowed as guests. If you plan to have over the amount that you requested you need to edit your booking or contact us.** We do not allow loud parties as we live in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will be asked to leave if you have more guests than you booked for and will not receive a refund* Note: We have a 2 hour booing minimum.

Guests must be dry prior to Entering the house to access the bathroom. No shoes are to be worn in the house. Bathroom availability is dependent on hosts being home and is not guaranteed. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Guests must be 21 to consume their own alcohol - drink responsibly. We require a minimum of 2 hour booking.
