About the pool

Located in Niverville, the fastest growing community in Manitoba, 15 minutes outside the perimeter. Surrounded by manicured lawns, fruit trees and flowers, my saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit , outdoor kitchen and bar overlooks, a man made lake filled with wildlife. My backyard haven welcomes families, celebrations and small gatherings, will make augmentation exceptions for business functions and backyard weddings. Contact me for prices.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

Heated 40 ft x20 ft salt water pool with extended deep end for safe diving. Pool is heated at 86’c This also includes a waterfall, it is prohibited to jump and hang off the waterfall.

Hot Tub

Salt water hot tub flows into the main pool, temperature can be set between 99’c-103’c

outdoor kitchen and bar

Access to outdoor kitchen and bar, red solo cups and water jug with ice will be provided at no charge. No glassware around or in the pool for obvious reasons. Garbage and recycling bin provided.

Grill

Large Napoleon Barbecue grill with two burners Including use of propane.

Playground

I have a safe high end trampoline in the yard.

Pool Toys

Pool noodles will be provided, all other toys, floaters, life jackets, goggles will be up to the guest.

WiFi

Access to WiFi will be given along with Bose speaker to be paired up with your devise for music. Volume must be reasonable, we must respect my neighbors .

Fire Pit

Large uni-stone fire pit comfortable seating for approximately 8 guests…includes firewood.
