THE SHORT VERSION: We’ve been remodeling our backyard for the last year to accommodate you. EVERYTHING is brand new and we’re excited to see how you use our new place! We remodeled our entire backyard; Upgraded the pool, added a pool heater, built two decks, high-end artificial grass, added terracotta tiles surrounding the pool & yard, outdoor jungle shower, umbrellas, lounge chairs, egg chair, “ground lounge,” potted plants, thatched (tiki) roof, Spanish/jungalow casita, indoor-outdoor bar, outdoor up lighting, tree lanterns, ice bath, and even a commercial ice machine!

OUTDOOR SPACE Welcome to our home set on a spacious corner lot in North Hollywood, Ca. Featuring an oasis like, ultra-private 4,000 sq ft backyard, large pool, above ground hot tub, Spanish/Jungalow style casita, lounges and outdoor jungle shower surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The backyard is lined with beautiful plants and flowers that bloom year round, artificial grass yard, terracotta tiles, and includes 3 giant palm trees. Easily accessible by two large turquoise doors from the street. Hot Tub

We have an above ground 7 person hot tub under the pergola near the pool. It has a deck built around it with easy access stairs to the tub. We also have an ice bath built into the deck near the hot tub, please ask us for those additional details and cost.

Heated Pool

We have a heater! But during spring/summer and fall the pool stays pretty warm. Pool can be heated for an extra charge - Please ask what the temp is at before adding on.

Lounges

We have multiple areas for lounging in the sun or shade. The deck lounge has two large 6’x6’ black and white striped cushions with black and white umbrella inches from the pool. The “Ground Lounge” offers large cushions for laying on the ground as you wish in a cuddle puddle or take them where you want to get comfortable. We have two lounge chairs with custom black and white cushions, an under patio area for outdoor shaded seating, a large shaded egg chair, and a large live edge table with seating for 11 people. The Casita has a comfy couch with swivel leather chairs and an indoor/outdoor bar with seating for 6.
