About the pool
Pool can be heated. Pool is shallow for lounging on one end, has a small area for standing, and the deep end for swimming. Deep end also has a step for lounging. Hot tub has a TV with bluetooth sound capabilities to hook up to a portable speaker to help hear it over the jets. Barbecue and outdoor fridge help with cooking and beverages. Can use the indoor restroom.

Heated Pool
Please provide at least 1 day of notice if you’d like the pool heated. This fee covers a booking of up to 4 hours.

Hot Tub
We will turn on the hot tub and balance the chemicals so it’s ready for you to use during your booking. Hourly fee includes the preparation work and expense with a 2 hour minimum.

Fee is for replacement cost of propane. Please clean the grill when you are done.
