Only social gatherings no crazy parties No peeing in pool No extra loud music/noise (Due to excessive neighbor complaints only clean version of music) if u do not respect that will be asked to leave Please respect my neighbors Absolutely no glass on property (If u have liquor bottle I understand that’s what they come in but keep away from pool If any of my rules are broken you will be asked to leave.
