About the pool
We enjoy a natural landscape and let our foliage grow to create a private and natural feel. We are hidden away in the historic Mount Washington Neighborhood in Baltimore close to Pimlico Race Track.
This modern built pool offers privacy from the street surrounded by 6 ft. privacy fences and lots of trees and shrubs.
Kids will love the water slide and the wooden bridge jump off platform over the waterfall!
The pool area gets a lot of sunlight and gets in the mid 80s when it's not heated.
We do offer custom heating as a premium amenity if you prefer it warmer
Out bathroom has been mostly built and it's ready to use. We apologize that it's not 100% finished yet.
Pets are allowed in the pool but due to the time required to clean the pool after, we request that you are the last booking of the evening.

Various pool toys and floats. Located in the deck box next to the garage and around the pool.
Fire Pit
Small portable firepit (please don't move it). You are welcome to use but keep in mind that the city health code only allows open fires for cooking, so make sure you bring something like marshmallows or hot dogs. Feel free to use any debris you find in around the yard for kindling.

Additional rules
Kids that are not toilet trained need swim pants or swim diapers. Please reach out to me if you forgot or need an extra one. Regular diapers will break up in the pool and create a mess.
No Glass is allowed to be brought in period!
Smoking of legal substances is allowed but guests must not leave any butts/wrappers behind.
Pets are allowed as long as they are the last booking, are not aggressive and owner must clean up after them.
