Quiet, beautifully designed, well manicured tropical yard w solar-heated pool (pool heating included in rental price), spa, and natural rock waterfall and water slide. Sports court with basketball hoop + poolside basketball hoop, outdoor kitchen with griddle/flattop BBQ, little kids playhouse, bunches of fun yard games, fire pit, and artificial turf for playing on.

Solar heated pool. Summer heat gets the pool to 75-90 degrees. Spring and fall are 65-75 degrees. Winter is 55-65 degrees.
