New Yorkers - Enjoy this summer at our Beautiful pool in large wooded private backyard. Our backyard oasis is about 1 hour from New York City in an upscale Westchester neighborhood. Book your fun pool day w family and friends before the season ends. Great for family fun and relaxation.

You can add hot tub . But not as a instant booking. You will have to request to add that .

- No food allowed without permission. Owner may allow dry snacks. - Strictly no meat / fish or meat products allowed on the property. Booking will be immediately terminated if guest carries any type of meat products. ( apologies , but due to religious reasons, this is non negotiable) - Strictly No smoking , No Vaping allowed. - For bigger parties more than 15 people, reach out to the host to discuss the party size, allowed music , food etc. ( vegetarian food can be allowed upon request).
