About the pool

In total privacy, we have a beautiful, crystal-clear blue pool with a full private bathroom heated to 85-90 degrees! Stargaze with or without night lighting!

Enjoy many other amenities such as: - Large lawn - A grill & outdoor kitchen - 3 dining tables (folding table available), lounge chairs - Tiki hut bar with chairs, shower, fridge & mist system - The koi pond and three-tier waterfall cap the 5-star experience

Please reach out with special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. *LGBTQIA+ AND ALL RACES, COLORS AND ETHNICITIES WELCOME. * No hard alcohol, message for beer, wine, or cider for written approval before arriving. * Gatherings with 100-200 are welcome, message us for details. *Larger bookings can request the concessions options including food, drink & snack options for purchase.

It's just 30 minutes from downtown Portland and 5 minutes from SE Portland. The minimum stay is 2 hours on Friday and Saturday nights unless a one-hour slot is available. Hope to see you soon!

Tiki Hut Rental

The Tiki Hut is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, light, ceiling fan, and power outlets. The stainless steel counters provide ample prep space. The bar top itself features a custom epoxy finish. There is a misting sprinkler system above the bar that is a huge hit for kids playing outside the pool

25 minute Event set up time.

We have a short buffer between rentals so that we can clean the pool and furniture. Your booking should include any set up and clean up you need. However, you can purchase a 25-minute window before you with advance notice. The pool is not available during this time and we will be cleaning as needed.

Bedroom- Day Rental Only

Bedroom with queen mattress connects to the bathroom. The room has AC, sitting chair, and a large window with dark wood blinds next to the pool. It is perfect for nap time for younger kids or including folks that need a cool space to rest during events. Sheets changed between each rental.
