Escape the city and dive into a world of relaxation and fun just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! Our exquisite saltwater pool is the perfect oasis for individuals, groups, and even corporate teams looking for a refreshing retreat.

Quick Notes: You will have access to the pool house, but we do have someone living in the loft space, and we work our remote job in there. Please do not meddle through our personal belongings. No one is allowed in the upstairs loft space. The bathroom, kitchen, tv, and dinning space is available to use.

Please do not bring bottled drinks of any sorts. If you do, we ask you pour the drink into a cup (that you will also need to bring) if you want it around the pool. Fee will be added if spilt drinks or broken glass are found around the pool after your reservation. ($25) No drugs.

We cannot guarantee that a couple of leaves could be in the pool at your arrival. As you can see in the picture, there are a lot of trees that line the pool. We have a robot that cleans the pool during unbooked times, and we net out the leaves on top before your stay. No refunds will be given unless it is a total misclean.

Charcoal and grilling utensils are provided. If you are particular on grilling, we suggest bringing anything you might use like seasonings, kabobs, aluminum pans, and your go to charcoal. We have two grills. Ask about our fresh meat grill packages that we can have ready for you u…
