Add in our multiple large pool/deck umbrellas, large covered patio, overhead fan and lounge chairs and you can have the best of both worlds. Not to mention beautiful mountain views to your East and sunsets in the West. In addition to the pool and expansive deck area with gas fire pit, we have a large open grass area big enough for kickball, volleyball, tossing a football, corn hole & ladder ball sets or even swinging the golf club into our practice net. Throw in a lifetime playground set for the kids and it is a perfect play space! Hungry? Access to an outdoor fridge and BBQ grill, large teak wood adult dining table and a perfect pint size kids eating area makes a great space to enjoy your backyard picnic!
