Farm Pickleball

This court was exceptionally constructed by Dobbs Tennis Courts in 2021 in the front pasture of a 4.67 acre small farmstead. Goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, a dog and a barn cat live alongside the "humans" on this property. Two goats occasionally wander near the court as you play. There are no neighbors but the court is clearly visible to traffic along Bloomdale Road and you will get some happy honks. A 4' fence with two gates surrounds the elevated court. There is an 8' clearance from the court boundaries to the fence. Covered sitting area at the end of the court with a couch, two matching, cushioned chairs, coffee table and large table. New deck has been added to the side of the court with seating, large umbrella for shade on hot mornings, fan and portable air conditioner. Access to bucket of 80 practice Frankling X pickleballs. Gas grill and cornhole available.
