About the pool

Large in-ground saltwater pool with splash pad/lounge deck/chairs, inset table/spa, waterfall and water slide. Water temp is usually 80 - 84 degrees and can be heated higher. 3-4 ft in shallow end and 8 ft deep end for diving.

Speakers

To use the outdoor speakers, first connect to our Wi-Fi network named POOL-GUEST. Then download and install the Sonos S1 Controller app on your mobile device. Once downloaded, open the app and connect to existing system named "Pool". Then choose a music streaming service and a playlist.

No smoking. No alcohol. Parties allowed up to age 12. No parties for ages 13 and up. Two-hour minimum rental for all swims. Please clean up space and dispose of all food/trash (in large black trash can behind garage) when leaving. Remember to take personal belongings. This is a private pool, not a public pool and there is no lifeguard on duty.
