About the pool

Swim/Spa Pool Party at Milpitas is situated along the base of gorgeous hills of Milpitas California. Nestled in a tranquil and secluded private cul-de-sac, this property feels like a retreat. Boasting over 5000 square feet of luxurious space, it is the perfect for family pool party! Entry: You can come from the wooden big side (two) door situated on the right side of the house.

Note: Pool is NOT heated. We have hot JACUZZI, need 30 minutes to heat before booking start time (see Premium Amenities)

PS: No eating or drinking inside the pool or the jacuzzi. Also no running around the pool or jacuzzi PS: No music allowed on weekdays until 4:30pm PS: No pets allowed
