**NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY** Swimmer safety is entirely the responsibility of the booking guest. NO under age drinking allowed. NO smoking or vaping. Clean up after yourself. Dry yourself before entering the house bathroom. Bathroom access only available if owners are home. Leave it like you found it! Welcome!
