About the pool

Folly: A building or area constructed for aesthetic pleasure. :) Welcome to our favorite place to be! Our space has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, sand volleyball court, basketball area and last but not least, an amazing pool! We'd love to host you for family events, birthday parties, Corp gatherings and more. When booking, please book for enough time to include set up, decorating and clean up. ***Please note that on Saturday bookings we require a 4 hour minimum.

Heated Pool

We are happy to heat the entire pool, but need at least 36 hours notice to do so. It's a very large pool so takes a considerable amount of time. :)

Hot Tub

Please give us at least 25 hours notice to heat the hot tub. It can comfortably seat 10 or more people.

Full Kitchen

Full outdoor kitchen. Ice maker, refrigerator, sink, grill and large seating and entertaining area.

Shower

There is an outdoor shower beside the sand volleyball court. Please rinse off sand prior to entering the house or pool from the court.

There is a gas fireplace in the dining area (with real firewood) and a gas fireplace by the hot tub. Great for s'mores!

There is an outdoor shower beside the volleyball court. Please make sure you and your guests use the shower if sandy before entering home or pool area. Please leave our home how you found it and pick up all trash. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed if mess is not cleaned up. :) For your safety, absolutely no jumping off of the waterfalls please! We are serious about this, so please make sure your little ones are aware. It's tempting! Most important - have fun!!
