Milton mall, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shop within 1 km. Steps free wheelchair direct access to the pool in backyard. Pool rules: Diving under supervision of adults. No running, pushing, urinating, alcohol usage by adults 19+ only, place garbage in proper bins provided at the end. Minimal usage of sunblock and lotions to avoid harming water chemistry and need of cleaning by professional. No loud music no shouting to respect neighbours and the house. Place back all moved items.
