This midtown escape features a heated pool with a shallow end of 3.5’ cascading down to a 9.5’ deep end with diving board. There is ample seating and lounging, pool floats, a Rainbow play set, heated and cooled cabana with fridge, bathroom and shower, bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, outdoor heating, lighting for night swims, and fans. Parking up to 12 vehicles.

Please park in the circle drive and walk up straight drive to backyard and pool. Gate is a magnetic pool gate lock that opens towards the N. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Life jackets are required for anyone who can not swim. Life jackets are not provided. Please use designated bins for trash, recycling, and smoking paraphernalia.
