Add to 200 W’s long and storied history and party like the locals do! In need of a large space for entertaining and access to amenities that give you SO much more than just a pool? Look no further!

Live it up in our boho paradise, which includes the extra space and activities you need to host a great get together - or savor it all and treat yourself to the luxuries of this intimate setting.

We’re all about bringing people together for a good time - and we don’t sweat the small stuff. A family home since it’s construction in 1956, we’ve had the last 14 years to make our memories - and we’re ready to make sure you get some of your own, too :)

If you’re new in town or just passing through, we’re a wealth of knowledge when it comes to getting the skinny on where to go and what to see. Orlando’s more than the mouse - we can’t wait to show you how!

Access to outdoor shower - please note that, fitting for Florida’s extreme heat, there is no hot water. Perfectly suited for a quick refresh after a day of fun in the sun!

Easy access to any float your heart desires - just grab it from the net storage on the fence! Assorted sports equipment, toys, and water activity goods. Feel free to grab whatever piques your interest from the round basket in the corner of the bar area. Need to talk specifics? Just ask!

Photo Balloon/Backdrop Arch

For an extra fee, we will set up our gold photo arch - perfect for your gathering’s photo op! Bring your own decor (backdrop, balloons, etc) or shoot us a message to discuss available options.
