This entire backyard is perfect for a kid's or adults party or just a couple's getaway. All amenities for all occasions! Saltwater Pool: 20x40 with a baja deck which is perfect for lounging or kids play area! Pool will be heated to desired temperature. Lounge area with TV: Seats 6 people. Relax under the shade and watch some outdoor TV. Dining Table: Seats 8 people. Enjoy your lunch or dinner as you sit around under the shade. BBQ: High end 6 burner Weber available. Bluetooth Speaker Fire Pit: Enjoy the night by sitting around the fire pit. Bathroom and Shower available in the guest house. Easy Access. Outdoor lighting Pool Lighting. Trash bin will be available.
