This entire backyard is perfect for a kid's or adults party or just a couple's getaway. All amenities for all occasions! Saltwater Pool: 20x40 with a baja deck which is perfect for lounging or kids play area! Pool will be heated to desired temperature. Lounge area with TV: Seats 6 people. Relax under the shade and watch some outdoor TV. Dining Table: Seats 8 people. Enjoy your lunch or dinner as you sit around under the shade. BBQ: High end 6 burner Weber available. Bluetooth Speaker Fire Pit: Enjoy the night by sitting around the fire pit. Bathroom and Shower available in the guest house. Easy Access. Outdoor lighting Pool Lighting. Trash bin will be available. Cooler will be available for drinks. Separate entry. Complete privacy.
