It’s a Perfect for pool volleyball or any pool games ! Great for group of friends ! Pool temp during summer season is always at 78+ degrees. In Peak summer pool temp gets up to 86! Depending on weather pool water can get warm and swim-able by mid March as it’s not deep! If looking for heated pool or spa option - please send inquiry first instead of booking as heating is extra charge Awesome 6 burner Viking BBQ with outdoor stove and rotisserie! All bbq utensils provided ! Just bring what u wanna grill! Large yard, kid friendly, pet friendly, completely fenced in back yard, bring your pets they can enjoy back yard while u swim .. Sit down outdoor dinning glass top table that seats 6 , lounge, chairs , plenty of shaded area.. The patio is furnished with sofa and dinning table Come enjoy the palm trees, music and bbq! If your pets al like swim they can do so or enjoy large fenced in private yard ! Kitchen and Access to inside of house available with permission. Note: Indoor home 1/2 bath room access in house only available for gals, if someone is present onsite or other arrangements will be made. Guys are free to use the trees in the backyard 🤫 There is an Outdoor door shower with hot water to rinse off on the west side of house (bbq side). Backyard is large with dinning table, lounge chairs and plenty of shaded areas as well as fully sunny areas.
