Experience our inviting heated pool (maintained at 80+ degrees) and backyard during the summer season! Here are the amenities we offer: - Pool Area: Seating for 10+ guests on the pool deck, along with a basketball hoop and pool toys. Please bring your own goggles, life jackets, and floaties. - For the Kids: A toddler play structure, sand area, and swings hanging from the deck. - Backyard Games: Enjoy lawn games like cornhole, Yardzee, and plastic axe throwing. - Dining & Relaxation: Two picnic tables, each seating six and equipped with umbrellas, plus a refrigerator/freezer for your food and beverages. Kindly avoid bringing glass containers. - Facilities: A portable restroom and changing room for your convenience. Please note: - Pets are not permitted. - Infants are welcome and don't count toward the guest total, but only potty-trained individuals are allowed in the pool.
