About the pool

14x6 swim spa with LED lighting and fountains!! Heated year round to your desired temp! Sorry no children under 12 allowed. Anyone 12-21 years of age must be accompanied by and adult. One side has spa jets with seating for five and the other side is a small pool about three feet deep with jets you can swim against the current! Only one in the area and close to ocean! Don’t settle for just a pool when u can have BOTH!!

Mermaid Cottage

After soaking it up in the spa, rent out my studio right on property juat a few steps feom the swim spa! Has private half bath, outdoor shower, laundry, queen Murphy bed and private quarters with own entrance. Coffee maker, microwaveand mini fridge provided and linens and towels.
