Whether you’re planning a birthday party, family gathering, graduation, baby shower, game-day watch party, or simply a relaxing day by the pool, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable experience. The centerpiece of the backyard is our beautiful oversized saltwater pool paired with a large elevated jacuzzi. The spa features a waterfall that flows into the pool, while three deck fountains add the perfect resort ambiance. In the evening, the pool, spa, fountains, and landscape lighting illuminate the entire backyard, creating a breathtaking atmosphere for nighttime swimming and entertaining. Our spacious backyard offers multiple areas to relax and socialize. Gather around one of the two comfortable outdoor couches surrounding the fire pit, enjoy lunch at the round dining table with seating for four under an umbrella, or stretch out on the two chaise loungers and soak up the California sunshine. The covered patio is designed for entertaining and features two separate seating areas. One area includes a large dining table with TV that’s perfect for meals, catering, or celebrating with family and friends., The second is a cozy outdoor living room complete with a comfortable couch, two lounge chairs, a built-in fireplace, outdoor TV, ceiling fans, and lighting, making it the perfect place to relax, watch the big game, or unwind after a swim. To complete your experience, enjoy your favorite music with our two JBL Bluetooth speakers, providing great sound throughout the backyard while you celebrate or relax. For your convenience, a brand-new private bathroom with a full shower is located just steps from the pool behind the outdoor fireplace, allowing guests to rinse off and freshen up without entering the home.
