This space is ideal to host a birthday party, corporate retreats, family gatherings, casual hangouts and a great atmosphere for taking product photos or social media boost! Add extra amenities for more enjoyment 🎉 Please note:: we have a mandatory *cleaning fee* when bringing any food of ($35) see add on amenity. $75 amenity add on must be chosen if you plan to bring, prepare or make food here and use either of the grill(s). Included: stainless sink with (hot/cold) running water, beverage fridge, TV, Traeger Grill, Blackstone Grill, Grilling accessories, fully stocked with melamine plastic serving bowls, trays, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, napkins, condiments etc. (S&P, mustard, mayo, ketchup, pickles and sauerkraut. This is an add on amenity for those who wish to do more than just swim. This fee helps us to give you the best most hassle free party experience. Grills are included and come with pellets / propane. Enjoy the fireplace too with stocked firewood add in this amenity ($20) and also choose a s’mores set up ($25). Add our slushie machine that also can make margaritas (add your own byob) $50 add’l rental plus $25 for slushie mix and $40 for margarita mix. It holds 2 different beverages (non frozen as well). We own Ziggys Ice Cream Trucks you can book an ice cream truck to stop by your party. Our rental items also include a cotton candy machine, a popcorn machine.
