Backyard Oasis, very private, pool with diving rock and spill over spa (hot tub), lounge chairs. Lower deck covered (10’ x 30’) sitting area with sofa, 2 cushion arm chairs, eating area with 8 cushion chairs. Additional charges” Fire Pit, refrigerator, BBQ. The pool is kept at 86F throughout the season. The area is completely private. There is a tanning area with lounge chairs that gets complete sun most of the day. There are shaded areas for those who would prefer to stay out of the sun The pool has both sun and shaded areas throughout the day. Easily accessible from the Don Valley Parkway Free on street parking. Please enter the backyard from the North side of the house (right side), please do not come to the front door, as we will be in the back ready to greet you. When ordering food, please instruct the delivery person to meet you at the side of the house or out front.
