Family gathering or a kid’s wonderland!

Just like your very own private park exclusively for you and your guests. Spacious, private and secluded large backyard with large pool and jungle gym in the Ladera Heights neighborhood. Don’t forget to click the 360 tour of the yard- 5 different angles. Located in the main picture.

Come join us in the summer for a refreshing dip or in the winter for the popular cold plunge. SUMMER SEASON: family fun in the sun. Cool off in the pool. Or sunbathe for that perfect tan. Children love the space and are exhausted when they leave 😉 COLD PLUNGE SEASON: If you want a refreshing cold plunge experience GPY is just the place during the winter season; the heater is optional. If you want a relaxing outside space to enjoy the crispness of the weather while roasting s’mores at the fire pit, GPY is just the place.
