About the pool

Beautiful backyard oasis with lovely 8ft inground pool. Plenty of space for fun in the sun. Family friendly or Friendly gathering. For Parties, see amenities. Parties are a fee of $1500 between 25-50 guests REQUIRED . Parties are a fee of $2800 between 51-100 Party fee of $3500 for guests 101-150 REQUIRED. Guest must book their own Portable Restroom if they would like to have one at the reservation. If the Pool House is Used there will be a Clean Up Fee of $65 charged to the guests. This is a brand new pool house please take care of it while using and respect the space! Guests can get their own liquor, otherwise they can request from me for an additional cost! POOL IS 5 MINUTE WALK FROM BEACH
